Sheila was in Belgium before but I did not take a picture of her there. 1985 she visited Brussels and almost met her maker there during an Interrail trip when a metal strip of one of the highrises detached from the building and slammed on the sidewalk next to us in the city center. As early as that, they already had many cameras in downtown Brussels.
