Sheila in her quest for Blackforest Cakes worldwide had once again to immerse into German culture, this time in Singapore, Asia. She found a Blackforest Cake with Alcohol (not cherry Schnaps though but Marashino liqueur which was a bit too sweet for her taste but ok). She also found giant nut-cracker statues and the pinnacle of German engineering skills, the Cuckoo Clocks whose concert was sounding every quarter hour. She found all that in the „Stuttgart Blackforest Boutique S-Cafe“ in Singapore where next to the most important German Export the iconic cake also all kinds of healthy German food is served in front of typical German decorations.
