As I went by car on this trip I did not have to save on weight and I could take several ducks along.

They had to get their own, save suitcase to protect them in case of an accidant. Sheila tried to convince Michael who became a bit too affectionate to do a test jump but the chicken rejected, which I think was a good decisison.

Planica, a famous site for ski flying contests with a ski jump of 240 m (second biggest of the world)  in Slovenia was on our way so we visited it too. 1936 with a ski jump of more than 100 m it was sometimes called “the mother of all jumping hills”.
